Terms of Service

Last updated: May 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reebot platform, including the client portal, admin console, integrations, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Access is provided to authorized users of customer organizations. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The Reebot platform

Reebot provides a project and operations management platform for enterprises, which may include, depending on your organization's agreement:

  • A client portal to track projects, milestones, documents, and system health.
  • Support tickets and real-time chat with the Reebot team.
  • An admin console for companies, users, permissions, quotes, and referrals.
  • A document library, Mantle templates, deliverable planning, and AI-assisted drafting.
  • Application uptime monitoring, session telemetry, and audit logs.
  • Transactional email (for example, welcome or password reset messages).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.
  • Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Share credentials or bypass access controls, roles, or visibility set by your organization.

4. Customer data and intellectual property

Your organization retains ownership of data submitted to the Service (projects, documents, tickets, comments, brand assets, etc.). Reebot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service during your authorized engagement. Reebot retains all rights in the software, platform, and branding.

5. AI-assisted features

Some features may use artificial intelligence models to help draft documents or templates. Outputs are suggestive only: your organization is responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any content before use with clients or third parties. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or error-free.

6. Confidentiality

Non-public information available through the Service must be handled in accordance with your organization's policies and applicable agreements between your organization and Reebot.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Reebot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, except where prohibited by law.

9. Termination

Your organization or Reebot may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your organization's agreement with Reebot, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
