  • Communications: support chat messages and transactional emails related to your account.

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Service.
  • Authenticate users, enforce role- and company-based permissions, and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Manage projects, documents, tickets, chat, and status dashboards as agreed with your organization.

3. Data by platform area

Depending on modules enabled for your organization, processing may include:

  • Client portal: project progress, shared documents, tickets, and organization profile.
  • Administration: user, group, and permission management, companies, quotes, and templates.
  • Documentation and AI: files, versions, Mantle templates, and AI-assisted drafts.
  • Operations: uptime monitoring, alerts, audit logs, and session telemetry (when enabled).

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with infrastructure and service providers that help us operate the Service — for example, hosting and database, authentication, email delivery, file storage, and AI tools — subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
